Canada Koi Shipments
Easy - get a permit and we do the rest! You do not need to hire a customs broker, you do not need to pay separate duties and taxes, you do not need to go to the airport.
All orders shipped to Canada require (2) items for government inspection and to ensure passage through the US/Canadian border.
1. Import Permit:
Canadian buyer must obtain an import permit (#CFIA/ACIA 5670) from the CFIA. Application for PERMIT TO IMPORT AQUATIC ANIMALS can be downloaded here:
When you receive your import permit, immediately forward a copy to Kloubec Koi Farm at sales@kloubeckoi.com . Your import permit is a crucial piece of documentation required for Customs release.
2. APHIS Health Certification:
Kloubec Koi Farm obtains the USDA veterinary inspection and APHIS Health Certification; both are unique to individual shipments. These documents are also required for Customs release.

Documentation filing fee, (includes duties and taxes) - $200.00 per order
