GOSHIKI (gō-shē-key) Illustration is that of an ideal Goshiki. The Goshiki is sometimes called the peacock koi because of its many overlapping colors. It is a non-metallic white koi with the addition of red pattern markings like Kohaku. The scales develop blue colors and a black outlining, or reticulation (net pattern). |
