Doesn't always float
I have just started feeding this brand so it may turn out that my opinion improves but my initial thoughts are not favorable. I have mixed it with the remainder of the Premium Koi Cuisine and the fish seem to prefer the old food. Not all the pellets float. This is especially true of the pellets fragments.

Nutrition and Clean Pond
We have been using Kenzen for 2-3 years after trying several brands. Our main search has been for nutrition, but even as important is less waste and cleaner water. This food produces much less waste than the others we have tried and keeps the pond bottom cleaner and filtration working better. We have close to 30 koi from 10" to 26" and even though we're overstocked, with good filtration and less waste we have been able to keep them well fed, healthy and growing year round. We do cover our pond in the winter and live in the Pacific Northwest, so this is a huge point for us. Plus, they love it!

Three Years of exclusive use
I have been using KenZen exclusively for 3 years. I have about 30 koi with about 7 guys about 18" and the rest from small to medium. They eagerly devour the food, particularly now as we enter the winter season. They are plump and their coloring is brilliant.
